In one such incident, Quinteros accused his girlfriend of infidelity and violently threw her against a wall. On November 5th, at approximately 2:20 p.m., the LVMPD Criminal Apprehension Team successfully located Quinteros and his girlfriend at the Westgate Resort and Casino. During the arrest, law enforcement discovered a firearm in Quinteros’ possession, which potentially links him to the tragic shooting at the party.
