WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) – The Wake County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday evening at a residence on Holly Springs Road. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Patrick A. McNeil.
