Suspect Arrested and Booked Into Jail Following Deadly Portland Crash
PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The suspect involved in a fatal crash that took place in Portland has been apprehended and taken into custody after being discharged from a local medical facility.

Law enforcement officials were alerted to the incident on October 21 at approximately 11:30 p.m. The collision occurred at the intersection of E Burnside and 82nd Avenue, where a minivan collided with a utility pole, resulting in severe damage to the vehicle.
The driver of the minivan, identified as 39-year-old Vichea Pok, sustained critical injuries and was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.

Tragically, the crash led to the death of 66-year-old James Brian Fenimore, who was found deceased at the scene of the accident.

Subsequent to his medical discharge, Pok was taken into custody and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center. He now faces several charges, including second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
