Officer Wells of DeKalb County, Georgia, confirmed the identities of the deceased victims as Taraja Ramsess, Sundari Ramsess (13-year-old female), Kisasi Ramsess (10-years-old), and Fugibo Ramsess (1-month-old female). The cause of the accident is currently under investigation, but initial reports suggest that Ramsess was driving a Ford F-150 eastbound on I-20 when he collided with a broken-down tractor-trailer in the left lane while exiting onto Wesley Chapel Road.
