16-Year-Old Sema’j O’Neal Fatally Shot on Baseline Road in Little Rock, Arkansas

The individual in question has been identified as Kamarion Strokes, who is currently wanted by the Little Rock Police Department in relation to the shooting that resulted in the death of 16-year-old Sema’j O’Neal.

The incident occurred on the evening of October 27th when law enforcement officers responded to a crash involving three vehicles at the intersection of Baseline Road and Chicot Road.
