23-Year-Old Santa Rosa Man Arrested for Allegedly Decapitating Female Relative

A shocking incident unfolded in Santa Rosa, California, as a 23-year-old man from the city was apprehended on Friday in San Francisco on suspicion of decapitating a female family member and absconding with her severed head. Law enforcement officials from the Santa Rosa Police Department swiftly responded to reports of a potential homicide at a residence in northwest Santa Rosa on Thursday afternoon.
