Senior Geologist Found Brutally Murdered in Her Home

A grisly crime shocked the quiet neighbourhood of Doddakallsandra in Subramanyapura police station limits on November 5, as a 45-year-old senior geologist was discovered dead in her own residence. The victim, identified as Prathima K. S., lived alone, making the incident all the more disturbing.

Authorities investigating the case have uncovered some chilling details. According to their findings, Prathima had returned home from her job at the Department of Mines and Geology. After being dropped off by her driver, she bid him farewell and parked the official vehicle near her house.

Tragically, it was when Prathima’s brother attempted to contact her that the shocking discovery was made. Receiving no response, he decided to pay her a visit, only to be confronted with a horrifying scene. Prathima was found lifeless, lying in a pool of her own blood, her throat brutally slit.
