In an emotionally charged incident outside the apartment complex where Breasia Terrell was reported missing, her mother, Aishia Lankford, confronts Henry Dinkins, yelling at him for losing their daughter. The exchange is captured on body-cam footage from Davenport Police Officer Craig Burkle. Despite Burkle’s attempts to diffuse the situation, Lankford walks away, expressing her frustration. Burkle questions how he can assist without a photo of Breasia or cooperation from Dinkins.

The trial for Dinkins, who is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping in the death of 10-year-old Breasia, continues with testimonies from various individuals involved in the case. These include FBI Special agent Cameron Smith, Officer Burkle, retired officer Jason Pojar, Officer Elizabeth Tharp, Detective Joshua Stocking, Detective AJ Poirier, and crime scene technician Christine Baker.

The body-cam footage shows Officer Burkle arriving at the Jersey Meadows apartment complex and being greeted by Lankford, who confirms that Dinkins lives there. Lankford expresses her distress that Dinkins does not know how long Breasia has been missing. Dinkins and Lankford’s son, DL, also provide information about the last time they saw Breasia. DL mentions that she was asleep when he went to bed and was wearing a white T-shirt given to her by Dinkins.

As the conversation progresses, tensions rise between Lankford and Dinkins, leading to Lankford driving off. Burkle follows Dinkins to his then-girlfriend’s apartment, where he searches the premises. Afterward, Burkle attempts to contact Dinkins for more information but is unable to reach him. Burkle becomes suspicious of Dinkins’ behavior when he leaves the complex without explanation and fails to answer phone calls.

Retired Officer Pojar testifies that he located the Impala near the police department and had it towed to the police garage. Officer Tharp, who was on light duty due to pregnancy, informs Pojar that a warrant is coming for the vehicle. Tharp opens the trunk and notices a strong bleach smell, possibly due to her heightened sense of smell during pregnancy.

Detective Poirier reviews video footage from the Walmart in Clinton, showing Dinkins purchasing bleach. Poirier also collects footage from a Davenport Kwik Shop, where Dinkins bought cigarettes and prepaid for gas. He is involved in securing a scene where remains are found at Kunau Implement in Dewitt.

The trial continues with further testimonies and evidence being presented. The footage ends at this point, leaving more questions to be answered in the investigation..
