The victim of a road rage incident on I-580 in Pleasanton has died, according to the Tracy Police Department. The shooting occurred between a silver/gray Jeep Wrangler and a white Nissan cargo van. Two suspects have been arrested and their charges have been upgraded from attempted murder to murder. Investigators believe the suspects have been involved in multiple road rage incidents. The Tracy Police Department has reported that the victim of a shooting in Tracy, California, which is believed to have originated from a road rage incident on I-580 in Pleasanton, has passed away. The incident, which occurred on August 4, involved a silver/gray Jeep Wrangler and a white Nissan cargo van on the eastbound lanes of I-580 near Pleasanton. Numerous 911 calls were made regarding shots fired in the 700 block of West Clover Road, where officers discovered a critically injured man named Ryan Wood, a 61-year-old resident of Manteca. Wood was transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. Two suspects, Eduardo Tarvin, 23, and Jacob Nevarez, 21, both from Lodi, were apprehended and charged with murder, after being identified through license plate reading technology. The Tracy Police Department revealed that the suspects have been linked to multiple incidents of road rage and brandishing weapons over the past few months.
