“Fatal Attack in Nsuotem-Congo: Salinko Brutally Murders Friend, Felih Nyamekye”

In the Atwima Mponua District of the Asante Region, a disturbing incident unfolded, where a 40-year-old man named Salinko is accused of brutally attacking and causing the death of his friend, Felih Nyamekye, during a dispute over sleeping arrangements in Nsuotem-Congo.

Salinko, who is also a farmer in the same community, is currently evading authorities following the alleged incident, in which he is said to have used a cutlass to inflict multiple fatal wounds on Felih Nyamekye.

According to Abena Felih, the daughter of the deceased, the incident occurred when Salinko approached their home at night, seeking to sleep in her father’s room. However, after being denied permission, Salinko became confrontational and started brandishing a cutlass, challenging Nyamekye to face him outside.

Unfortunately, the confrontation escalated, resulting in the tragic loss of Nyamekye’s life at the hands of Salinko.

Efforts were made to save Nyamekye’s life, and he was swiftly transported to the Bibiani Government Hospital. However, despite these efforts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.

Kwasi Dagati, the deceased’s brother, revealed that Salinko has since disappeared, and the family has reported the incident to the police in Bibiani.
