A teenager has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing his aunt while she was driving in Cordele, Georgia. The Cordele police department reported that on Friday, officers were called to the scene of a collision at the intersection of Pateville Road and 13th Street. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered the driver, who had been shot, and unfortunately, she was pronounced deceased at the location. Following an investigation, it was revealed that the victim was traveling south on 13th Street with two underage passengers in the vehicle. At that moment, one of the minors seated in the back accidentally discharged a firearm, striking the driver while she was operating the car. The authorities subsequently arrested the 15-year-old nephew of the deceased, who they believe is responsible for her tragic demise.
