The driver of the vehicle failed to obey a traffic control device near the tracks, according to the investigation conducted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The deceased victims were identified as Catarino Hernandez Guzman, Francisco Lopez, and Jesus Carrera Avendano, while a 26-year-old passenger named Anselmo Caballero Herrera was airlifted to a hospital.
