The driver of a semi-tractor trailer, identified as Cleve M. Greene, 60, was attempting to make a turn onto the on-ramp when the vehicle overturned, according to authorities. Emergency services rushed Greene to AUMC, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on July 31st.
