He is currently recovering in the hospital after being shot while serving an eviction notice at an apartment in Tualatin, Oregon. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office provided an update on his condition, revealing that Dozé was shot three times in his upper torso, but his body armor prevented any serious injuries. Additionally, he was shot in both arms, fracturing his upper arm bones. The extent of his injuries necessitates multiple surgeries in the future. The incident occurred when Dozé was delivering the eviction notice, and the suspect, identified as Kristafer James Graves, fired at him through the door. In response, a deputy returned fire.
