Jaynie Crosdale, 36, was positively identified through remains found on June 24, according to Clay County Prosecuting Attorney Zachary Thompson. The cause of her death is unknown, and an autopsy is pending. Crosdale’s body was discovered in the Missouri River, as reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
