A circuit court judge in Charleston, SC, has denied bond for Jamie Lee Komoroski, who is charged in a crash that resulted in the death of a newlywed bride and serious injuries to the groom and two others. Komoroski, 25, is facing one count of reckless homicide resulting in death and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury or death.

The defense filed a motion for bond, arguing that Komoroski is not a flight risk or a danger to the community.
