According to authorities, a vehicle traveling south on County Line Road failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with another vehicle traveling west on State Route 104. Sadly, the driver who disregarded the stop sign, identified as 32-year-old Samuel Mattison from Brockport, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Orleans County Coroner.
