East Hartford police have announced that a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old man is now in custody. The suspect, identified as Keiran K. Walker, was apprehended while fleeing an apartment building in East Hartford. Although Walker has not yet been charged in connection with the shooting, he is being detained on an arrest warrant from New Jersey. The victim, Sean Arcari, was believed to have been in a dispute with Walker. Walker is scheduled to appear in court to face the fugitive charges. In a statement released on Thursday morning, the EHPD stated, “He is a suspect in our murder. However, our case is still pending and he is currently being held on a fugitive from justice charge out of New Jersey where there is a $1 million bond.” Walker is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday, July 27, to face the fugitive charges.
