The other warrant is for Andrew Dennis, 34, the owner of “The Bunker” social club, who faces reckless endangerment and operation of unlicensed bar charges.

The incident took place on Sunday, July 16, when police were called to The Bunker around 4 a.m. for a report of a large crowd. Upon arrival, they found a man inside the club with a fatal gunshot wound, identified as Gregory Robertson, 40, of Virginia. Two other men were also taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

German Pena-Lopez, 34, was arrested earlier this month in connection to the homicide and faces multiple weapons charges.
