A new lawsuit has been filed against billionaire Leon Black, accusing him of violently raping a 16-year-old girl with autism and Down Syndrome at Jeffrey Epstein’s New York mansion in 2002. The lawsuit claims that Epstein instructed the girl, identified as Jane Doe, to give Black a sexualized massage, during which he allegedly brutalized her to the point of causing bleeding. The lawsuit also alleges that Doe was trafficked to other men in Epstein’s circle, including Black, and that Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell targeted her due to her disabilities and appearance.

This is the third sex-abuse claim filed against Black since 2021 by the Wigdor LLP law firm. In addition to these allegations, Black recently agreed to pay $62.5 million to settle claims related to Epstein’s sex ring. Black’s lawyers have called the lawsuit “frivolous and sanctionable” and claim that Doe’s allegations are false and violate the statute of limitations.
The lawsuit provides graphic details of Black’s alleged abuse and alleges that Doe was also groomed and abused by an adult volunteer named “Elizabeth,” who introduced her to Maxwell. Doe claims that she was physically and psychologically abused, deprived of food and water, and forced to wear children’s clothing. She also alleges that she was forced to watch adults engage in sexual acts.
Black’s lawyers have accused the Wigdor law firm of filing false claims to tarnish Black’s reputation and have filed a motion for sanctions against the firm. Doe’s lawsuit is expected to be dismissed due to the statute of limitations, but the case highlights the ongoing legal battles surrounding Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring and the allegations against powerful individuals linked to him..
