Authorities are continuing to investigate a fatal crash that occurred in Allouez, Wisconsin last week. The crash involved a 2013 Mercedes and a 2012 Toyota Scion, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The Mercedes was traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided with the Toyota, causing both vehicles to come to a rest in separate locations. Last week, a tragic two-vehicle crash in the Village of Allouez, Wisconsin, resulted in the deaths of two individuals. The crash occurred at the Kwik Trip located on South Webster Avenue and left several others injured.

According to the investigation conducted by the sheriff’s office, a 21-year-old Green Bay man was driving a 2013 Mercedes northbound on Webster Avenue when he collided with a 28-year-old Green Bay man driving a 2012 Toyota Scion, who was turning eastbound onto Allouez Avenue. The impact caused the Mercedes to come to a rest in the Kwik Trip parking lot, while the Toyota remained in the middle of Webster Avenue.

Tragically, both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. Additionally, a passenger in the Mercedes also lost their life. Four other individuals were transported to nearby hospitals, with one in critical condition.

The individuals involved in the crash have been identified by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. The driver of the Mercedes, 22-year-old Kelton J. Snulligan, remains in the hospital and is expected to face formal charges. Other occupants in the vehicle, including the owner Olivia V. Mathias, Anthony K.W. Scheina, and Ulyssa NMI Estrada, sustained injuries but are not expected to face charges.

The driver of the Toyota Scion, Luis A. Rios-Alvarado, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 28 years old.

The investigation is ongoing, with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit working to determine the exact cause of the crash. At this time, it is believed that alcohol and speed were contributing factors.
