Charges Filed Against Salena M. Hare and Jamie L. Warner

Jamestown Police Department charged Salena M. Hare with various offenses including driving while impaired by drugs. Jamie L. Warner was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. In Chautauqua County, a Tennessee man, Matthew R. Eckhardt, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Flint A. Cox from Pennsylvania was charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into parked cars. The Jamestown Police Department recently made several arrests for various offenses. Salena M. Hare, a 31-year-old resident of Jamestown, was charged with driving with insufficient headlamps and tail lamps, as well as first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while impaired by drugs. Hare was stopped by officers for driving without headlights or tail lights and was found to be operating the vehicle on a revoked license. After failing sobriety testing, Hare was taken to jail where he refused evaluation by the department’s drug recognition expert.

Another arrest was made on a 41-year-old individual named Jamie L. Warner. Warner, whose address was not listed, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. The arrest took place during a follow-up investigation, where Warner was found on a front porch with an active warrant. Warner allegedly attempted to hide a quantity of methamphetamine inside a nearby car. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

In a separate incident, a Tennessee man named Matthew R. Eckhardt, 29, was arrested for driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop. Eckhardt was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was later released with traffic tickets for failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Lastly, a Pennsylvania man named Flint A. Cox, 55, was charged with driving while intoxicated and other related offenses. Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident where a vehicle had gone off the road and struck parked cars at a residence. The vehicle was located a short distance away, and Cox was identified as the operator. Further investigation revealed that Cox had been driving while intoxicated.

In other news, a 44-year-old Jamestown man named Anthony Cunningham was sentenced to nine years in state prison for second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Cunningham was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in June 2022. The sentence will run concurrently with an eight-year sentence for a probation violation from a previous felony conviction.
