The victims were identified as Dallas Corbin Dozier, 17, and his mother, Brandy Elizabeth Drinnon, 34. Both were thrown from the car upon impact. Drinnon was a self-employed tattoo artist who loved drawing, listening to music, fishing, and spending time at the beach with her family.
