A tragic road accident took place yesterday on the Yamuna Expressway in the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh, resulting in the loss of four lives. The incident occurred when a car collided with a stationary double-decker bus on the Agra-Noida route. The casualties were confirmed by the district magistrate, Indra Vikram Singh.

The double-decker bus, registered in Haryana, was parked when the car crashed into it around 6:30 am. Among the deceased were two men named Pushpendra, a man from Naujheel, Mathura known as Pawan, and a lady from Tappal identified as Yogendri. Additionally, three individuals sustained injuries and were immediately taken to Kailash Hospital in the Jewar area on the Expressway for medical treatment.

Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister, expressed his condolences to the families affected by this tragic incident.
