“Daring Daylight Robbery in Sridungargarh: One Criminal Dead, Hunt for Remaining Suspects Intensifies”

A daring daylight robbery in the town of Sridungargarh in Bikaner, Rajasthan, has left the authorities in a race against time to apprehend the remaining suspects. The incident occurred when a gang of at least eight armed dacoits looted jewellery from six different shops in the village of Momasar.

After looting the shops, the dacoits attempted to escape towards Churu and Sikar. However, the police were alerted and a high-speed chase ensued. The Ratangarh police were the first to respond, and as the dacoits tried to evade arrest, a fierce gun battle broke out between the robbers and the police.

During the confrontation, one of the criminals, Suresh Meena, sustained fatal gunshot injuries and later died in the hospital. Meena was a known associate of the Vijay Bhaniya gang and had a long criminal record, making him a high-priority target for law enforcement.

Despite the death of one robber, the hunt for the remaining suspects is still ongoing. The police from Bikaner, Churu, and Sikar are conducting raids and intensifying vigilance on highways to ensure the swift apprehension of the fleeing criminals.

Authorities suspect that the remaining members of the gang may have sought refuge in isolated areas and are closely monitoring roads and vehicles to prevent their escape.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the police from Bikaner, Churu, and Sikar, a substantial amount of the looted jewellery has been recovered. The police have also seized various weapons used by the gang to break locks and safes during the robbery.
