“Owners of Neglected Dogs, Joseph Kyle Jones and Charity Michelle Wall, Arrested for Animal Cruelty”

Two people in Randolph County, North Carolina, are facing charges of felony cruelty to animals after severely neglecting a number of dogs they owned. The incident came to light on July 12, when the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and Randolph County Animal Services responded to a call about an aggressive dog and neglected dogs at a house on Searcy Road Extension.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered several malnourished dogs outside the house, two of which were already dead. They then made contact with the homeowner, who allowed officers to enter the premises. Inside, they found a female dog and a number of puppies, two of which were also deceased.

Joseph Kyle Jones, 32, and Charity Michelle Wall, 33, were identified as the current residents of the property and owners of the neglected dogs. Following an investigation, charges were filed against them. Both Jones and Wall were arrested on Wednesday, July 19.
