A Tennessee man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a bicyclist in Greentown, Indiana. The suspect, Justin Adam Crow Jr., 20, reportedly told police that he was “just done with people.”

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening when officers received a call about a man who had been stabbed in the neck in an alley. The victim, Ryan Cummins, 48, was found being helped by a bystander. Cummins told investigators that he was riding his bicycle in the alley when he was approached by Crow. A fight ensued, during which Crow allegedly used pepper spray on Cummins before stabbing him. Crow then stood over Cummins and asked for his name before leaving the area on foot.

Crow was later tracked to a home in Greentown where he was staying with his grandparents. He was detained after officers found evidence related to the crime. Cummins was airlifted to a hospital, and his condition is currently unknown. Crow has been booked into the Howard County Jail and is being held without bail.
