“Johnstown Man Charged with Homicide in Killing of Landscaper Daryl Vincent Lee Jr.”

A Johnstown man has been charged with homicide after admitting to shooting a local landscaper, whose body was found in Indiana County. Justin Allen Green, 41, faces charges of homicide, while his girlfriend, Brooke Ashley Pullin, 30, also faces criminal charges in connection with the incident.

According to reports, the victim, Daryl Vincent Lee Jr., operated his own lawn care and landscaping business. On the day of the incident, Lee had informed a woman that he had three mowing jobs, with a person named “Bam” helping him. The police later identified “Bam” as Green, also known as Justin Latham.

Green allegedly confessed to Pullin that he had done something bad. He admitted that he and Lee had completed three landscaping jobs in the Johnstown area on July 13. After finishing the jobs, they drove across town to collect payment from a customer. It was during this drive on Franklin Street that Green allegedly shot Lee with a 12-gauge shotgun he had acquired at a yard sale.

Lee died instantly in the passenger seat of his pickup truck. Green then covered the body with a green shirt and, along with Pullin, drove to Maryland. Green disposed of the shotgun in the Potomac River before dumping Lee’s body along state Route 403 in Indiana County.

In addition to the homicide charge, Green also faces charges of robbery, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property, and false identification to the police. He is currently being held without bond in Cambria County Prison. Pullin, on the other hand, is charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, false identification to the police, and receiving stolen property. She is being held on a $150,000 percentage bond.
