A man in Indiana has been accused of stabbing a bicyclist in the neck with a box knife because he was “just done with people,” according to authorities. The 48-year-old victim was riding his bicycle in Greentown when he was randomly attacked by the suspect, identified as 20-year-old Justin Crow.
