A tragic car accident in Posey County, Indiana has resulted in the death of a woman and the arrest of a man from Spotsville, Kentucky. The incident occurred on Monday morning at the intersection of Indiana 66 and Bluegrass Road.

According to the Posey County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch. Upon arrival, they discovered a man driving the vehicle and a woman trapped inside. Unfortunately, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released her identity.
