Tragic Accident Claims Lives of A. Balachander and N. Nagaraj

In a tragic incident, two individuals from Dindigul lost their lives when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a bus. The accident occurred at Vedasandur on Saturday night, and the victims have been identified as A. Balachander, aged 39, and N. Nagaraj, aged 29, both residents of Dindigul.

According to the police report, the bus involved in the accident was en route from Erode to Madurai and had stopped at the TNSTC depot in Vedasandur for refueling. As the bus exited the depot around midnight, the motorcyclists, who were heading towards Dindigul, were taken by surprise and could not react in time to avoid the collision.

Tragically, both Balachander and Nagaraj lost their lives on the spot as a result of the collision. The sudden emergence of the bus from the depot caught them off guard, leaving them unable to control their motorcycle, which subsequently crashed into the bus.

Following the incident, the Vedasandur police have taken action and booked the bus driver, Magudam, for his involvement in the fatal accident. Investigations will be conducted to determine the exact cause of the collision and to ascertain if any additional factors contributed to the accident.
