A hit-and-run accident in Horry County, South Carolina, that resulted in the death of a pedestrian in May has led to the arrest of a Virginia man. Described as a white male in his late 40s, weighing around 170 pounds and standing between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall, the pedestrian has light brown or sandy blonde hair with graying mustache and goatee.
