A tragic accident on Friday night, July 14, has left two people dead and 54 severely injured, as a truck rammed into a saloon car joining the highway. This incident resulted in a chain reaction involving 18 other vehicles. Among the injured, 31 were students from Twilight High School in Kayole, Nairobi County.
The PCEA Kikuyu Hospital reported that 14 individuals were in critical condition, while the remaining casualties were treated and discharged. The two fatalities were identified as a husband and wife. The community is now mourning their loss and supporting those recovering from injuries.
