The man who died in the accident has been identified as 28-year-old Christian Norris from Edmond, Oklahoma, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol crash logs. Norris was a passenger in a 2018 Mercedes C300 that was traveling northbound on 11th Avenue when it was struck by the train.
