The first occurred at the intersection of Genesee and Hopkins streets, where a 38-year-old man named Dwayne Hall Jr. was fatally shot during a fight. The second incident took place several blocks south at Genesee Street and Frost Avenue, where two men in their 20s were shot and injured.

According to Lieutenant Greg Bello of the Rochester Police Department, both men in the second incident were hit at least once in the upper body. They were rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, with one in critical condition and the other in stable condition. As of now, no suspects have been apprehended, and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
