“Antonio Monroe Linked to Death of Destiny Renee Huggins”

The recent tragic events in Rockford, Illinois have left the community in shock and mourning. Antonio Tenelle Monroe, a registered sex offender, has been charged with kidnapping and murdering 10-year-old Destiny Renee Huggins.
