In the early morning hours of May 21, the owner of Kansas City’s East Side Klymax Lounge, Mario Williams, made a frantic call to the police to report a suspicious vehicle circling his nightclub. However, the call was abruptly disconnected after just eight seconds, and according to police records, Williams abandoned the call and did not report it to a dispatcher.
