“Baldwin County Homeowner Shoots and Kills Foley Man Who Broke into His Home”

In a recent incident in Baldwin County, Alabama, a homeowner shot and killed an intruder who had broken into his home. The incident occurred in the Vernant Park community, and deputies from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary in progress.

When the deputies arrived at the scene, they found the intruder, identified as Noah Hastings of Foley, dead from an apparent gunshot wound. The homeowner, who was unarmed at the time, complied with the police. According to the homeowner and other witnesses, Hastings had unlawfully entered the home, which was occupied by the homeowner, two other adults, and five small children.
